As Julie Andrews once famously said, these are a few of my favourite things and while they are hardly raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, they're certainly special to me. (100 house points for those who got the musical theatre reference).

Anyway...

Welcome to my blog, primarily focusing on book related topics and thank you for giving it a chance. As an aspiring author of the well known genre romance, I decided to give blog writing a go and thus, here I am! With discussions ranging from writing tips, book reviews and up and coming projects, I truly hope my posts cover things you find enjoyable, interesting and relevant to your own work.

I am by no means a professional but like to think I know what I'm talking about and with that, hope to inspire you on your own writing/ reading journey (whatever that may be).

Welcome to the month of love

February is finally here and with it, we say goodbye to those pesky January blues and hello to the month of love. I, for one, have had a rollercoaster of a January. Wednesday marked my last day at work and next week I officially move myself and all my belongings out of London, ready for my next adventure (whatever that may be). Needless to say, I hate packing and decided to take a much needed break; thus here I am, writing my next blog post whilst eating a KitKat (chunky, in case you were wondering).
